ZPG - ZEBU's Password Generator.
ZLC checks various types of linked documents (HTML files, images, applets, stylesheets, ...).
The source can be a local file (bookmarks, textfiles, ...) or an Internet URL. The depth of the search can be choosen. All results are shown in a tree. Results can be exported. Some parameters are choosable (parallelity, timeout, retries)
The software can dynamically switch between English and German. Other languages can be added without any problem if needed.
Further information (release history, future features, screenshots, contact information, related software) is available in the internet: https://www.zebu.ch/en/sw/zlc/.
The software is updated regularly and the needs of the users can be added.
Some words about the developper of ZPG:
The ZEBU was born in Switzerland in 1971, and is still living there. In Zurich, he was studying Computer Science. The three most interesting implementations for his Diploma were a speech recognition system for a medical camera system, various load distribution policies for a distributed image processing server, and a sophisticated tool for the analysis of job shop scheduling algorithms.
The education at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology has made a purist out of the ZEBU. Therefore, he likes simple, efficient, and useful programs. He thinks that simplicity, clarity, and elegance are the hallmarks of good programs; Obscurity, cleverness, and complexity are indications of inadequate design and misdirected thinking.
The ZEBU has been working for different software companies like Crypto, IBM, and ELCA. He has a long programming experience and a deep knowledge in C, C++, Java, PL/SQL, VBA, PHP, and CGI.
